Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we usually need 3–5 business days to process it. This includes verifying stock, performing quality checks, packaging, and preparing the order for shipment.
Shipping / Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, typical delivery times are 7–15 days, depending on:
- The shipping method you choose at checkout
- The destination address
- Customs, local postal service speed, etc.
Altogether, from when you order to when you receive your package, you should expect 1 to 2 weeks under normal conditions.

Shipping costs vary depending on:
- The weight of your order
- The size (dimensions) of the package
- The destination (state, region)
- The selected speed (standard vs. expedited)
You will see the shipping cost for your order at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Delays / Exceptions
Sometimes there are delays outside of our control, such as:

- Peak shopping times (holidays, high volume)
If shipping will take longer than estimated, we’ll notify you via email with an updated timeframe.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
